Bourke Street Butchery has been 'meating' customer needs in the Dubbo community for the past 40 years with Ray Pearson leading the team for the majority of them. Ray’s extensive experience and passion for quality, locally sourced, sustainable meats have made us Dubbo’s top rated butcher.

We are leaders in industry technologies, processes and the products that we offer, but we are still an old fashioned butchery at heart and pride ourselves first and foremost on the service and quality of meat we provide.

At Bourke Street Butchery we take great pride in offering you fresh, flavoursome meat, poultry and deli items that have been sourced paddock to plate from the best local farmers. As well as the traditional favourites our customers keep coming back for our range of house smoked chorizo and gourmet sausages, not to mention our more exotic and specialty ranges which include goat and nitrite free meats.

More for you to love

In March 2022 we opened our new shop in Bourke Street, right next door to our former premises. The new shop is much larger and you can see your meat being prepared - so you know just how fresh it is. The extra space has enabled us to offer an even broader range of products. As well as our range of quality meats, you can purchase staples including fresh vegetables, milk, eggs and bread. We have also expanded our selection of gourmet regional produce - from artisan pasta through to sauce, rubs, relishes and dressings.

We also understand the busy lives many of our customers lead which is why we offer the convenience of phone orders and online orders for meat packs (please note that a $10 processing fee applies to all online orders).
